Work out


Evening, when short needle turns to six and long needle points to twelve, i put on my sneakers and ready to jog around my neighborhood. After wearing my eye-catching red sneakers I stepped a little bit forward, it was starting to drizzle. Oh, damn it! I was in the right mood to work out but it's not the right time to do it.

 I am planning to lose my weight before chinese new year, so that i can wear new dresses and show my body curve as well. haha. just kidding :D Took sneakers off and entered house again. Suddenly, I turned up my mind and went up stair to use running machine to continue my work out. Obviously, the urge of keeping healthy and losing weight has not decreased.

The goal of my achievement is getting rid of my annoying tummy by depleting 180 calories within 30 minutes. Cutie tummy is so greasy and unhealthy since i had have so enjoyed during my holidays last year. Consuming extra calories and eating too much of rubbish foods such as pop corn, soft drinks and snacks and this comes the tragedy. Oh now, what can i do is reducing the intake of food and less feeding myself. One of my friends keeps scolding me because i skipped my lunch during college. She is afraid of me getting gastric before I slim down. But somehow, skipping lunch works! Although the outcome is inefficient cause it gains weight easily in the future. : | I'm trying my best as much as possible to fit in my new dresses. The new expectation of the week and my life.  :)
